Rules & Regulations

• Points are accumulated at the rate of 1 point per $1.00 spent on food and beverages, excluding alcohol, tax and gratuity.
• Points are credited to your Rubino's Rewards account when presenting your Rewards Card to any staff member PRIOR to paying your bill.
• Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points.
• Points for gift cards are only available to the purchaser. Points are not accumulated when redeeming a gift card.
• Reward points may not be used with any other promotion, offer or discount.
• Members cannot receive points for purchases made prior to enrollment.
• Points will only be issued if your Rewards Card is present a the time of purchase.
• Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or utilized towards gratuities.
• Points are non-transferable or devisable, and may not be combined with another member's account.
• Unused points expire 18 months from date of last transaction.
• The changing nature of the restaurant industry requires that Rubino's Pizza adapt and modify the program rules from time to time. Be sure to check the rules from time to time, as they are and will be authorative statement of the rules in effect at any time. Your continued participation in this program constitutes consent to any such changes.
• Rubino's Pizza management reserves the right to cancel the program at any time.
• Accumulated points are not member's property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited or modified at any time, even though such action may affect the member's right to use previously accumulated points.
• Rubino's Pizza may terminate any membership if fraud is suspected.
• Rubino's Pizza is not liable for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use. This includes fraud caused by lost cards.
• Rubino's Pizza employees and family members or people living in the same household as a Rubino's Pizza employee are not eligible to participate in the program.
• Points will not be rewarded for deposits, taxes or gratuities.
• Members must be 18 years of age or older.
• Points will not be rewarded on any on or off premise catering.
• State law may prohibit accumulation of points from alcohol purchases.
• Please register your card at both Rubino's Pizza locations (Herndon and Ashburn) if you frequent both locations. Points and rewards will be accrued only at the location earned.
• Gift cards may only be redeemed at the location earned or purchased at.
